The following policy applies to all purchases made directly through Thrill Valley Trading Co. outside of the eBay platform. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
At Thrill Valley Trading Co., we take pride in accurately describing and photographing every item in our inventory. Each listing includes detailed photos and honest condition notes so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy. All items are stored in a clean, smoke-free environment and packed with care to ensure they arrive safely. We encourage every buyer to review all photos and descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any items purchased directly through Thrill Valley Trading Co. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the item description and photos and agree to these terms.
Because we invest significant time in accurately representing every item — through detailed descriptions, clear photographs, and honest condition assessments — we are confident that what you receive will match what was listed. We ask that buyers apply that same diligence before purchasing.
While all sales are final, we understand that carrier damage can occasionally occur. If your item arrives with damage that is clearly attributable to shipping — not pre-existing condition — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thrillvalleytrading.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you in good faith to file a carrier claim and explore an appropriate resolution. This exception applies to shipping damage only and does not constitute a general return policy.

eBay Purchases: Shipping timelines and costs for orders placed through our eBay store are governed by the shipping details listed on each individual eBay listing. Please refer to those listings for eBay-specific shipping information.
The following policy applies to purchases made directly through Thrill Valley Trading Co.
We aim to ship all direct orders within 1–3 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
We ship via USPS and UPS. The shipping method used will depend on the size and value of your order. We will share a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We take the safe delivery of your cards seriously. All cards are packaged in penny sleeves and top loaders (or card savers) and shipped in rigid mailers or bubble mailers designed to prevent bending and damage. High-value items may be shipped in a box with additional padding.
We strongly recommend and may require shipping insurance for items valued at $100 or more. Insurance costs, if applicable, will be included in or added to the shipping cost at checkout. If insurance is declined by the buyer for high-value items, Thrill Valley Trading Co. is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. The cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not profit on shipping — we charge what carriers charge us.
At this time, we offer direct sales shipping to addresses within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at support@thrillvalleytrading.com to discuss options.
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thrillvalleytrading.com. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and find a resolution.
Thrill Valley Trading Co. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once a tracking number has been provided and the package is confirmed as picked up. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
